Dana has been practicing criminal defense since 2011 and has handled cases ranging from misdemeanors like DUI or reckless driving, to minor felonies like car theft or drug sales, and serious felonies like strikes, murder, and gang cases. She has handled hundreds of cases in her career and has experience representing clients at all stages of the proceedings including pre-arrest, at arraignment, preliminary hearing, and jury trial. She also dedicates a large portion of her practice to juvenile delinquency (juvenile criminal) cases.
Dana recognizes that each case is unique and can have serious implications for the person accused, regardless of whether they are accused of a misdemeanor, a felony, or a strike. Because of this, she approaches each case with a careful eye and compassion for her client's situation.

Entertainment Law
Dana majored in Music Management in college before attending law school and has real-world experience in the entertainment industry including booking and promoting tours, working for record labels, and even performing herself. Dana also held a position as an adjunct professor at University of the Pacific for several years, teaching a variety of music management courses like Music and Entertainment in United States Society, Music Industry Analysis, and Entertainment Law.
Dana is familiar with the laws and practices applicable to the entertainment industry and has represented artists such as musicians, filmmakers, and authors.
